Return Policy
We hope you love every item you purchase from DAIWA CO LTD UK, but we understand that sometimes things may not be a perfect fit. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience with us, so you’re welcome to return an item for store credit or an exchange!
To help us process your return smoothly, please follow the guidelines below:
Clothing Returns
- Please include your packing slip or a note with your name and order number with your return. This helps us locate your order and process your return quickly.
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or store credit. We cannot accept returns outside of this time frame.
- For local collections, the return policy applies from the day your order is packed and ready for collection. Please ensure timely pickup to qualify for returns.
- Items purchased accidentally (e.g., duplicate items) through live sales, preauthorized waitlists, or in-store are eligible for store credit only.
Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, free of stains and odours (e.g., perfume, smoke, or animal smells), and in sellable condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is denied, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you.
Exchanges
- If your desired item is in stock, we can exchange it for the correct size or variant.
- If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
Shoe Returns
- Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box, with the box placed inside another protective package.
- Returns without the original box, or with labels attached directly to the shoe box, will not be accepted.
Sale Items
- All flash sales and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirming your store credit. The credit will reflect the purchase price minus any shipping fees.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- DAIWA CO LTD UK is not liable for items lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your returns.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@daiwaltd.co.uk and include a photo of the damage for assessment.
