Shipping Policy

£5.00 flat rate, FREE shipping on your NEXT order PLACED WITHIN 12 hours.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 business hours, though processing may take longer during periods of high volume. Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, but delivery may take up to 7 business days depending on your location.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or a similar courier service unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Your entire order must be shipped to a single address. If no one is available to accept delivery, the package may be left in a safe location or returned to the local delivery office, in line with the courier’s policies.

Responsibility for Packages
DAIWA CO LTD UK is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate shipping information is provided at the time of order placement. Once your package is accepted by Royal Mail or the courier, we are no longer responsible for it.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items unless the return is due to our error.
